Not necessarily, but do call us on 02 9748 6055; for some different products and different decoration methods have minimum quantities due to different setup costs. Please contact us to discuss different options of decoration and any minimums which may be involved.
Setup charges are charged once only when we setup your artwork, this produces the artwork that is machine readable file for our embroidery or the printing machines.
If you have the artwork in .DST format from a previous embroiderer, you are welcome to provide that for us to use. Quality in the .dst file can make a huge difference in the finished result.
Any electronic format, preferably JPEG, PDF or EPS files however if you do not have these we can work from a scanned image or even a hand drawing.
All jobs are queued through our production schedule on FIFO basis, we can process urgent orders at additional costs. Generally speaking, the lead times are 7-10 working days from the date of the approval of artwork or embroidered sample however, we can often accommodate shorter lead times when required. Please contact for further information.
For DTF: For clean, crisp and clear outcome, We can only accept PNG files. Your artwork needs to be uploaded at a minimum of 300PPI.
If you have professional software artwork – Adobe/Corel Draw etc files we like to get the EPS or PDF artwork files with embedded fonts at 300DPI.
300PPI is the minimum resolution we can print at. All artworks within your file must also be 300PPI. Anything less than 300PPI risks the quality of your prints and can result in pixelated prints.
Format conversions would attract additional charges.
All screens are different and their colours are calibrated differently using various colour profiles. All screens also use RBG whereas printers use CMYK. Because of this, some colours may show up differently in print. Traditionally DTF can have trouble with skin tones which is why we have a colour chart available for purchase.
For those creating artwork, we recommend you change your colour profile to Adobe 1998 (CMYK) as this yields the best results.
Please Note: While Monoland is committed to delivering every job with care and precision, exact color matching between jobs cannot be guaranteed due to variations in dye lots and other production factors.
